This villainess is one that pretty much has it. Just look at her, she fits the part so well. Those devil-like horns and that greenish-tinted skin. The woman is pissed because she wasn't invited to a celebration. I think that alone tells you how horrible she is. Also, the scene where she turns into a dragon is pretty awesome.
